Thomas Fratcher

Thomas Fratcher is a former college WR, team captain, championship player, college coach, scout, recruiter, and receiver trainer. After playing at American River College and Henderson State, Fratcher coached WRs at Henderson State—helping develop three All-Americans—and later worked with receivers at Southern Miss.

His football career also includes NFL personnel/scouting experience with the Buffalo Bills and Cleveland Browns and serving as Director of Player Personnel and Recruiting at Louisiana-Lafayette.

Today, Fratcher brings those perspectives together through Route Craft, teaching receivers how to understand the game, create separation, and GET OPEN.
